I am a career coach in private practice and also continue work in a university. I am a mother to two young children and scotties each with their unique personalities and quirks. I partner with clients to help them not only find best fit careers, but also develop their competencies/skills even more to realise their potential. About me:
I have been working in Higher Education and more specifically student success for more than 10 years.
My passion for coaching people on their career journeys came as I, as a high achiever myself, struggled with choosing a career since I was good with everything and traditional psychometric tests could not help me focus in on a career.
My latest studies focused on integrating career advice (and coaching) into academic advice at a South African institution. I partner with clients (and parents if they are in high school) to help them not only find best fit careers, but also develop their competencies/skills even more to realise their potential.
